Overview
Wandan Idea Incubator is an adaptive project-based learning thinking scaffold powered by Gemini 3 Pro. It is designed for the moment when a student has an idea but does not know how to turn that idea into a first concrete move.
Core functions
- Stage 1: Inspiration Lab uses a tap-only interaction model for low-confidence students who freeze in front of a blank page
- A state-machine-driven flow turns vague interests into small executable task cards within minutes
- Stage 2: Logic Sandbox uses a React Flow canvas to visualize project logic and support backward planning from a desired success state
- An AI coach stress-tests plans through fault injection and logic checks instead of writing the project for the student
Why it matters
Many student projects fail at the first step, not because students lack ideas, but because they lack confidence, structure, and a manageable entry point into complexity. This system is meant to lower that threshold while protecting fragile creativity.
Design focus
The system treats AI as a thinking coach rather than a ghostwriter. Gemini 3 Pro is used to scaffold critical thinking, metacognition, and structured planning. Long-chain reasoning plus schema-constrained output help translate raw ideas into project charters and layered logic maps that students can actually work with.
